It started in kindergarten with pens and ink pots and blotting paper. Since then I've loved writing. Transferring the noise in my head to paper calms the chaos. If a worthwhile thought occasionally emerges, I'll keep it here with memories, stories and other random trivia, of interest mainly to myself and, with a bit of luck, to the odd passerby.

The Bird is on the Wing.....
.......... but because blogger is anally chronological and I am Html-elly inept, you have to scroll back to April 3 rd to hear her sing!
Molly Bawn - what a lovely ring to it - I found you via Sooziii's blog. I love your way of writing and can't wait to find out more about you. With your permission I am adding you to my list of favourite bloggers. cyber grannies unite :)
thanks for your comment on my blog....Nice to meet you too Molly. I agree I don't think I have the courage now, I think my feet itched all at once. Bit of a stay at home nowadays. btw looked up Curmudgeon ~ I think the Scot is one too.
You have written a lovely set of posts, Molly. Somehow, I understand this inner sissiness stuff; still, I would love to open my own jars and run faster than most men.
On a technical note: when you start a post that is the what Blogger displays for the date and time. You can change this by clicking on "Post Options" at the bottom of the "Compose" window on the "Dashboard." You can then choose the date and time that you would like to display.
I read the post but didn't want to be the only male commenting on what almost felt like a sacred feminine tome. But it was well written, I just wanted to say.
